A slow paced yoga class for people looking to slow down, settle, stretch, recover and focus on the present moment. Includes seated, standing and floor based slow moving asanas, gentle pranayama, mudra and bandha to give you space to connect more to yourself and your energy. Suitable for everybody. A settling comfortable practice, Restorative invites a deep felt sense of rest and inner calm. Move gently through an intentional series of supported 4 to 12 minute floor based postures to help you relax and generate essential lunar energy through conscious rest. Suitable for everybody.
