Mandala Studio is an intentional, diverse and connected place of practice in the established inner north Canberra suburb of Lyneham. We're a place for people to experience being. To move, rest, learn, create, gain and offer. Our community is our Mandala. A group of like-minded people who gather to practice with intention. We look forward to welcoming you.

A mandala is an area to establish a sacred space for ritual that is circular. Pronounced “MUN-dah-lah”, a mandala can be formed as groups of people, the sun, or cleansing fire rituals. In modern adaptations, a mandala can be a configuration of colourful shapes in the pattern of a circle as a form of ‘japa’, or repetition to clean the mind of negativity and distraction.

Rogue BJJ Canberra is a revolutionary Brazilian Jujitsu (BJJ) club. Led by Mike Armstrong, Rogue BJJ offers small group classes and a non-competitive mat culture to support connection, injury prevention, personal growth and individual expression. The group supports veterans, first responders and encourages a diverse community base.
flow and food yoga and wellbeing is a conscious and considered offering of movement and nourishment. Run by Tracey Murray, the complementary practices of yoga and Ayurveda are available through yoga classes, wellbeing workshops and 1-1 lifestyle programs. It's our aim to help you practice ancient yoga techniques to exercise your body, still your mind and use your intellect to notice your energy as you apply natural and fundamental principles on and off the mat.
